meet natalie
Natalie Alatriste is a strategist, storyteller and connector who brings 15 years of experience in communications, brand positioning, and media relations across sectors including healthcare, energy, sustainability, and social impact.
Before founding nta Consulting, Natalie led communications and media strategy for some of the world’s most respected communications agencies — including Edelman, dna Communications, and rbb Communications — as well as organizations like HCA Florida Kendall Hospital.
Her work has spanned everything from pharmaceutical innovation and renewable energy storytelling to public health campaigns and nonprofit advocacy. She’s managed major rebrands, led crisis and issues communications, and developed integrated campaigns that connect strategy to measurable results in both the B2C and B2B spaces.
Natalie is also an advocate for civic engagement and environmental justice. As a former President of the League of Women Voters of Miami-Dade County, she has led statewide advocacy efforts and continues to collaborate with organizations advancing equity and sustainability. While her roots are in Miami, she is now based in the D.C. area.
our approach
Every engagement starts with understanding what you're actually trying to accomplish. From there, nta Consulting builds a strategy tailored to your goals, your audience, and the outcomes that matter most.
-

Grounded in research and aligned to your purpose.
-

Storytelling
Crafted to resonate with the audiences who matter.
-

Execution
Delivered across the right channels with precision.
The result? Communications that build credibility, earn attention and drive measurable impact.
beyond the work
When she's not managing client campaigns, Natalie can be found traveling with her dog Beau, reading the latest news, working through her current book club pick or spending time with her family. She's constantly seeking new information and trying to learn, whether it's a buzzy documentary, breaking news, or the latest health and wellness trends she practices herself.
That curiosity isn't just a hobby. It's what makes her effective at her job. Staying plugged into culture, news cycles, and what people are actually talking about means she can spot timely angles, connect stories to larger conversations, and know what will resonate before it becomes obvious.
Natalie is also civically engaged as an active member of the League of Women Voters of Arlington and Alexandria City. The same drive to stay informed and think critically shows up in every client relationship: always listening, always learning, always several steps ahead.
